"i'm not here to save you, i'm here to love you"
i love this manhua. the novel is incredible too. the manhua follows the source material closely and doesn't miss a thing. the art is spectacular, the plot is intriguing, and the main characters are amazing. i love the dynamic between the main couple—qin jiu and you huo. you hou takes no shit and is smart in a way one wouldn't expect. the manua follows you huo (an examinee) and qin jiu (an invigilator) as they traverse through various (life and death) exams. their relationship changes from examinee and invigilator to something more. i love the lack of power dynamics despite their roles in the manhua. they encourage each other's chaos and make a perfect team when taking the exams. i would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

o b s e s s e d. I love this novel so much it is so good. the only gripe i have is that i hate the military so I'm not a fan of that angle, nor am I a fan of how the relationship with the military was handled at the end but other than that everything else was so fucking good that i didn't want it to end. i would have loved extra chapters just to see the main couple interact more (washing dishes together? walking through a park? literally anything they do I would eat it up). i adore their each and every interaction so much.

i can't say enough about the manhua. the art makes it understandable why it takes for long to update but still i reall wish it updated more frequently. the art is so stunning. the background is gorgeous, the characters are beautiful, and it's very obvious that the artist takes great care with each line that they draw. i'm truly obsessed with this story. it's quite hard finding something good to read nowadays. everything feels like it's following the exact same outline except there are small changes made here or there. but this manhua right here is completely different to anything i've ever read and that may be why i adore it so much. to be honest i haven't read much unlimited flow (UF) type novels or manhuas before (the genre for this manhua) but even reading other UF novels i can confidently say nothing compares to global examination.

the main couple are so sweet and lovely. they're so confident in their love for each other and truly don't care what other people think or if other's hear (or see) them. the manhua is at the arc where their relationship picks up and i'm super excited to see it drawn out. there are so many upcoming moments in the novel that i'm dying to see how the artist chooses to draw it.

anyway please read it and give it some love. this really deserves to be more well known and widely spoken about. i really thought 2600 characters was a lot, maybe even too much, yet here i am able to type a whole lot more to talk about my favourite couple: jiuhuo (qin jiu and you huo)
