DESCRIPTION
Every novel has the usual cast: a gorgeous heroine, handsome boys vying for her attention, and a homely best friend at the heroine’s side. Dan-I, an ordinary student and avid reader of internet novels, is all too familiar with these tropes. But she never imagined that one day she’d wake up at the center of one herself! Her new fictional world is complete with a beautiful best friend named Yeo- Ryeong, and four impossibly good-looking boys who all happen to be in her class. Dan-I is determined to stay out of the way and not get involved in the twists and turns of the plot. But is she really just the sidekick -- or is Dan-I actually the leading lady? Anything is possible in the world of a novel!

95/100Absolutely great, but long!Continue on AniListMy Life as an Internet Novel, a manhwa that's still ongoing with currently over 250 chapters. It sounds exhausting to read all of that you may think, but for me, I would even be happy to reread it for the 3rd or 4th time!
The webtoon starts out with our FMC discovering that she has landed in a different world and has to adapt to it. In the progress of that, she meets the four heavenly kings and her gorgeous girl best friend who becomes her friend group. In this review, I'll try to divide my critic point into a few parts. But please don't take my review to heart, as I may sound biased to the webtoon as it's my all time favorite webtoon.
ART: I don't really have an opinion on this, since it was a manhwa that started serializing in 2019. As I kept reading, the art style improved. Both the older and newer art style just speaks to me in a way that it wants to drag me into reading it. Honestly, I won't complain. I love a story about a girl isekaing into a internet novel ?
PLOT: I'd say that it depends on what you're reading the manhwa for. If you're craving for romance, well unfortunately, you're in the long run, as it feels like a slow slow slow burn. There's over 250 chapters for a reason LMAO. However, if you're reading it for the friend group aspect and their platonic bonding (Which I am reading it for), it seems like a long fun adventure. It really makes me happy seeing the FMC interact with the other characters and make developments. Also, If you aren't fond of reverse harems, I'd back off this one, since it is pretty much a reverse haremish manhwa.
PACING: At first it sounds like lots is happening, which honestly did, but as you progress to later chapters, it's just mostly arcs intending to create character development/platonic(or romantic) bonding between our FMC and the other character. But for me, it felt like too many different things happened in the first tens of chapters that I was hooked onto it.
SUMMARY: If anything, this is my favorite manhwa (which is why my review might sound biased) and I even bought the English first volume haha.. But if you're looking for a long run read about friend ship and comedy, I'd say this is perfect to what you're looking for. This manhwa also made me look more into the 'modern school isekai' genre of oi ?
